BRANDON, MB. — A 16-year-old Brandon boy is facing charges for violating his curfew.
Brandon police were called Monday night to a business in the 1600-block of 18th Street.
The accused has a condition to be home between 7:00pm and 7:00am.
He also had court orders to observe an 8:00pm curfew and abstain from consuming alcohol.
Police arrested the boy and detained him overnight at the Brandon Correctional Centre.
He appeared in court Tuesday and remains behind bars.
