Sayers’ truck – a dark blue Dodge Ram pickup – was located abandoned on Highway 32 close to Whitecourt.

Later, Sayers’ personal car – a black Ford Mustang – was found at a hotel in Slave Lake on May 26, 2016.

As a long-haul truck driver, Sayers regularly traveled between Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. His disappearance was seen as out of character.

Sayers is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • 5’11” with medium build
  • Grey hair and brown eyes

RCMP continue to investigate, and are asking the public for any information relating to Sayers disappearance. If you have any info that could help, contact RCMP at 780-333-4450.
