MORDEN, MB. – There are some spray-paint happy people in Morden vandalizing property and police are asking for your help.
Morden Police noticed a stop sign at the corner of Route 100 and Jefferson Street that was spray-painted red so the word “Stop” was no longer visible. A second stop sign was found at the corner of Route 100 and Grant Street to have the word “Trump” spray-painted on it.
In addition to these two incidents, more spray painting was reported at various locations around Morden including mailboxes, cable boxes, and bridges.
Two distinct writings are being used as indicated in the pictures.
Morden Police are asking anyone with information to call 204- 822-4900 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
