A large apartment complex under construction that burned down is now being investigated as an arson.
It happened early Wednesday morning at about 2:30am in the area of Waverley Street and Sandusky Drive.
Emergency crews arrived to find the structure completely engulfed in flames. No one was injured.
Nearby homes were evacuated, however no one was injured and residents were allowed to return home.
Damage is estimated at $3.5 million.
