East St. Paul, MB – Two people are now in hospital after a shooting in East St. Paul.
Early this morning, RCMP responded to a report of a gunshot victim in the area of Raleigh Street between Glenway Avenue and Foxgrove Avenue in East St. Paul.
When police arrived they found a male and female who suffered gunshot wounds. Both were taken to the hospital where they remain in stable condition.
According to police, it has been reported that a light-coloured four-door car with three male occupants was seen leaving the area at the time. It is believed the car is connected to the shooting incident, and that this was not a random event.
