On Sunday, December 19, a drunk driver smacked into a traffic light and drove one kilometer with the pole still on its hood before coming to a stop.
The 48-year-old was driving a minivan while heading west on the Trans-Canada Highway into Headingley, Man. RCMP released this photo of the incident on their Twitter page.
